About Re-flex II

This year at SMT, Adaptsys will introduce the latest version of the Re-flex II On-demand Tape Forming System, which can now form pockets up to 30mm in depth on tape widths from 12mm to 88mm. With an updated S/W release providing an enhanced user experience, the latest modification to the Re-flex II (On-demand) Carrier Tape Forming System highlights the system’s usability.

New ProgWorx AFS programming solution from Adaptsys 

Showing for the first time at SMT is ProgWorx AFS, the latest addition to the Adaptsys ProgWorx range. Through collaboration with our partner Elite Interfaces, ProgWorx technology has been integrated into the AFS 150 end-of-line board handler. Powered by the FlashRunner 2.0 parallel in-system programmer, the 16 channel ISP solution provides a powerful engine targeted at high volume production programming. 

The new 3910 - value-packed automated programmer from BPM Microsystems 

The BPM 3910  makes device programming fast, easy and profitable. Even for CSP devices (about 1mm x 0.8mm), tape in/tape out is more than 1,200 DPH.  Combined with BPWin, the most advanced feature-rich process control software in the industry, on-the-fly vision alignment, and WhisperTeach™, the 3910 is in a class by itself . 

TM-50OEM from V-Tek International
The OEM version of the V-TEK TM-50 taping machine is a very reliable and compact system designed for the purpose of simple integration. At this year's show, it will be connected to the Re-flex II to demonstrate the Adaptsys Tape Forming System's unique function of outputting  directly into the device placement process (On-demand). 

In addition, Adaptsys will be showing a range of In-System Programming solutions including the FlashRunner 2.0 and newly released FlashRunner LAN2.0 NXG from SMH Technologies.
